So I made my classic gluten-free chocolate brownies, but this time I glazed with some home-made butter-cream icing.I vaguely remember learning how to make butter-cream icing in a food education class back in school and decided to try it out. Now my recipe still needs work, but it made a lovely addition to my brownies.

- 140g of butter
- 280g of icing sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla flavouring
- 1 tsp of almond flavouring
1.Beat the butter and icing sugar until nice and fluffy
2.Add almond and vanilla flavouring
3.Now spread and enjoy, in case the texture is a bit soft or not as firm. Pop it in the fridge to harden a little before spreading.
